Homemade Chicken Thai Curry

I’m always a big fan for Thai food and one of my favorites is curry so I want to show you I make my own curry at home.  It’s very easy to do a taste delicious too.
Ingredients:
Chicken Breast
Carrots – 2pcs
Potato – 1pc
Onion – 1pc
White Mushroom – 6pcs
Coconut Milk – small can
Green Curry Paste

Direction:
Step 1.   Put small amount of corn flour, salt, sugar and soy sauce into the chicken to make some flavors.

Step 2.   Cut all the ingredients into small pieces.

Step 3.   Add potatoes and carrot into bowling water for 5 minutes.

Step 4.   Stir fried the chicken in a pan for 5 minutes.

Step 5.   Remove the water from the pot, add chicken and curry paste together.

Step 6.   Add coconut milk.

Step 7.   Add 250ml of water and stir them together and let it cook for 10 minutes in medium temperature.

Step 8.   Then add onions and cook for 5 more minutes.

Step 9.   Turn off the gas and put the mushrooms in and let it simmer for 3 more minutes.

Step 10.   Ready to serve.

Tips:
Why put the onions and mushroom last is because they cook very easily and if you put it too early then it will be very soft.
Also if you don’t like green curry, you can change it to red or yellow curry instead.
Hope you like my demonstration and maybe you can try it at home soon yourself.
